I just love this salad – which also happens to be a great liver detox as well!
— 250-300g fresh spinach
— 1 long white radish, grated (jégcsap retek, reszelt)
— 1/2 lemon, freshly squeezed
— 4-5 tablespoons tahini
No need to add any salt or other herbs. Tastes great as is!
